While Litefoot was attending the United South and Eastern Tribes Conference in Washington D.C. – he unexpectedly ended up in the worst snowstorm in the areas history. Snow accumulations broke records and the blizzard shut the city down. Litefoot spoke twice to audiences gathered at the event and inspired and motivated those who were in attendance.
